Which Indian payment methods are supported?

Through our Razorpay integration, we support all major Indian payment options: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, NetBanking from 50+ Indian banks, and digital wallets.

Can my business claim GST input tax credit?

Checkout provides a payment confirmation. Contact support for seller-issued tax invoices; automated GST invoice issuance is not currently available.

How does email work if there is no platform email address?

All plans allow you to connect your existing external email account (Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or any standard IMAP/SMTP host) directly into the Slync Email client so all your communications live in your private workspace.

Can I add more storage later?

Yes, at any time! Additional storage is available at just ₹5 per GB per month, billed together with your monthly or annual cycle.

What happens to my files if I switch plans?

Your files remain securely in your own Puter cloud storage. If you downgrade, your existing files remain accessible to read and download.
